DOJ Barkada swept its best-of-three semifinals series against TNE in the Hoopsilonians Hardcourt Fellowship, defeating its rivals 65-62 on January 25, and 83-70 on February 1.

Angry Brods and Protego are tied at one victory apiece in the other semifinal match-up and will meet again on February 7 for the right to meet DOJ Barkada in the championship series.

Angry Brods beat Protego in Game 1, 65-62, while Protego returned with a win of its own in Game 2, 77-68.

In Game 2 on February 1, DOJ Barkada wasted little time taking control against TNE, turning a one-point first-quarter deficit into a double-digit halftime advantage before pulling away for the 83–70 win.

Former Illustrious Fellow Bam Manahan 2020 put together a dominant scoring night with 38 points, while Esdee Dulay 2012 added 15 as DOJ Barkada stretched the margin through the third quarter.

TNE continued to fight behind Steven Rivera’s 2016 13 points, with Gino Estebanlar 2018 contributing from deep and at the line, but could not reel them back in.

In their own Game 2, Protego delivered its response against Angry Brods, playing from in front for most of the game and never relinquishing control.

A 41–33 halftime lead set the tone, and Protego maintained the separation down the stretch to earn a 77–68 victory.

Jacob Ang 2018 led the way with 29 points, supported by balanced secondary scoring that kept Angry Brods at arm’s length.

Ali Shah 2023 once again paced Angry Brods with 29, with Pep Sandejas '97 adding 13, but the comeback never fully materialized.
